Role Overview
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and other paid marketing campaigns to drive leads and customer acquisition.
Oversee PPC strategy, performance tracking, ROI optimization, and broader digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Develop campaign and ad group strategies to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and bidding optimization.
- Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and refine campaigns for better results.
- Track CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROI, and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing on campaign strategy.
- Provide onsite SEO support on WordPress through audits, keyword optimization, and performance improvements.
- Manage social media engagement and assist with email marketing, database management, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with external agencies for paid media activities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Facebook Ads is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insights and strategies.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,882.57 to AED 7,079.58 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
