Digital Learning & Capability Designer - 18-month contract

You're curious, creative and self-motivated. You enjoy solving problems, learning new things and turning ideas into practical outcomes. Whether you're designing learning, creating digital content, exploring AI tools and agents or simplifying complex information, you're energised by producing high-quality work that helps people perform at their best.

Part learning designer, part digital content creator, part visual storyteller and part technology enthusiast , you bring a blend of learning expertise, digital capability and strong professional judgement, along with:

experience in learning design, instructional design, digital content creation, learning experience design or a similar field

a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to transform complex information into engaging, practical learning experiences

experience using digital learning and design tools such as Articulate 360, Canva and AI technologies, together with confidence experimenting with new platforms and approaches

strong visual design skills, critical thinking and the ability to create high-quality digital content across a broad range of topics while balancing creativity, brand integrity, usability, speed and business requirements

the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders, ask insightful questions and translate ideas into solutions that deliver value

curiosity for emerging technology, a willingness to continuously learn and improve, and an appreciation for quality, governance and attention to detail

experience creating visual, multimedia or digital content beyond traditional eLearning solutions will be highly regarded, along with a portfolio showcasing digital learning, content creation, visual design or related work
