Customer Service Representative

You are a genuine team player with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, who is able to adapt your style to work effectively with a wide range of personalities and customer needs.

Your positive, can-do attitude and ability to think on your feet will ensure you can juggle multiple tasks, adapt quickly, and support the wider team.

You will bring:

• previous experience working in a customer service/sales environment
• high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• a strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
• a willingness to grow, learn and develop yourself
• demonstrated computer competency including accurate data entry ability
