The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, process automation, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop applications, workflows, and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build automation and RPA solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven analytical tools.
- Manage databases, SQL queries, and data integration processes.
- Use Python/scripting to automate repetitive tasks and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation, process automation, IT applications, data analytics, or business process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Experience with SQL, databases, and data management.
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of AI tools and emerging digital technologies.
