A little more about your role...

As a Digital Infrastructure Design Lead Engineer, you will lead the technical coordination across multi-disciplinary designs, provide client-facing technical advice of all aspects related to roadside infrastructure design.

You are expected to collaborate efficiently with the team, share ideas, provide support, and address any gaps as necessary.

Additionally, you will work with a diverse group of individuals and contribute to the mentoring and development of our junior staff.

will require a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations, escalating issues to Project Leadership when appropriate.

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate

• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or relevant experience in technology design
• Either working towards professional registration or professionally registered with an accredited institute.
• In possession of domain knowledge in a relevant industry, such as power, communications, electrical, electronics or highway design.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills or competencies:

• Understanding of roadside infrastructure and design standards
• Ability to carry out design processes, including the use of design tools
