Responsibilities
- Work with clients to define requirements for PAM (Delinea), IAM (One Identity), MFA (Azure MFA & FortiAuthenticator), and Active Directory/DNS.
- Assess existing identity processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop Digital Identity strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
- Configure and customize PAM, IAM, MFA, and AD/DNS solutions.
- Build and maintain identity policies—privileged access, authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with security, IT, and compliance teams to integrate identity services.
- Provide training, support, and documentation for clients.
- Liaise with vendors (Delinea, Microsoft, One Identity) for technical and platform related matters.
Requirements
- Solid background in IT/security experience, including 4+ years in Digital Identity, IAM, or PAM.
- Hands on experience with Delinea, One Identity, Azure MFA, FortiAuthenticator, Active Directory/DNS.
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and Office 365 identity tools.
- Excellent communication and customer facing consulting skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced, team oriented environments.
