Responsibilities
- Independently run and scale paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn simultaneously
- Manage multiple client accounts within a digital marketing agency context
- Utilize tracking and analytics tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and third party attribution tools
- Work with Shopify or equivalent e commerce platforms as conversion endpoints
- Create reports using Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent dashboarding solutions
- Apply AI tools for creative generation, campaign copy, performance optimization, and workflow automation
Requirements
- 3 5 years of hands on digital marketing experience, with significant portion in a digital marketing agency managing multiple client accounts
- Proven track record of independently running and scaling paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in the FMCG sector, with specific exposure to F&B, consumer goods, or retail categories
- Direct experience operating in the GCC and UAE market
- Expert level proficiency in Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong command of tracking and analytics tools: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and third party attribution tools
- Experience with Shopify or equivalent e commerce platforms as conversion endpoints
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent dashboarding solutions
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and their interaction with paid media strategies
- Active and practical knowledge of AI tools applied in a digital marketing context
- Acquired Official Ads Certification such as Meta Blueprint Certification or TikTok Ads certification
- Prior experience with influencer marketing or creator partnerships within the UAE market

Requirements

- Proven track record of independently running and scaling paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in the FMCG sector, with specific exposure to F&B, consumer goods, or retail categories
- Direct experience operating in the GCC and UAE market — understanding of local consumer behavior, platform nuances, cultural sensitivities, and regional media trends is essential
Technical Skills
- Expert level proficiency in: Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Snapchat Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong command of tracking and analytics tools: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and third party attribution tools
- Experience with Shopify or equivalent e commerce platforms as conversion endpoints
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent dashboarding solutions
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and their interaction with paid media strategies
- Active and practical knowledge of AI tools applied in a digital marketing context — including creative generation, campaign copy, performance optimization, and workflow automation
Preferred Qualifications
- Acquired Official Ads Certification such as Meta Blueprint Certification, or TikTok Ads certification (any combination preferred)
- Prior experience with influencer marketing or creator partnerships within the UAE market
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and email/SMS marketing automation tools
