- Conduct comprehensive document review, editing, and formatting in Microsoft Word and PDF formats to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control across large and complex document sets with meticulous attention to detail
- Extract structured data from documents while preserving context and formatting integrity for AI training purposes
- Create and modify Word and PDF forms, including digital signature implementation and secure document handling protocols
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and client specific standards while maintaining strict confidentiality in all document interactions
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PDF editing tools, including tracked changes and version control systems
- Experience with document formatting standards and data extraction from unstructured or semi structured documents
- Knowledge of digital signatures, form creation in Word/PDF, and secure document handling procedures
- Strong understanding of confidentiality protocols and compliance requirements in legal or regulated environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail in document management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and provide training or support as needed
- Prior experience in document intensive roles, such as legal assistance, administrative support, or technical writing
