A leading retail group is hiring a Digital Business Analyst to drive requirements and delivery across digital products and customer journeys.

What You Will Do
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with business, product, design, engineering, and QA teams to clarify requirements and align solutions with business outcomes.
- Surface dependencies across stakeholders and solutions.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and PI planning.
- Ensure requirements are ready for estimation with risks and scope clearly defined.
- Maintain traceability from requirements through design, build, testing, UAT, sign-off, release, and post-go-live validation.
- Analyze customer, operational, and digital performance data to identify issues and shape future requirements.
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce is central to the role.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to collaborate with business, product, design, engineering, and QA stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare requirements for estimation with risks and scope clearly defined.
- Ability to maintain traceability through design, build, testing, UAT, sign-off, release, and post-go-live validation.
- Ability to analyze customer, operational, and digital performance data.
