Role Overview
Aon’s Regional Marketing team supports business units with research, analytics, marketing, proposal support, and operational support for client delivery.
The role leads regional marketing and event activation strategies that drive growth, improve client engagement, and strengthen brand positioning.
The role oversees marketing and events professionals and works with global marketing, growth leaders, regional executives, and external vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8–10 years of B2B marketing, communications, and event management experience.
- Experience includes regional activation, executive stakeholder engagement, team leadership, budget ownership, vendor management, event delivery, analytics, and performance optimization.
- The role requires commercial judgment, executive presence, disciplined delivery, data-driven decision-making, and leadership in a complex global matrix.
Campaign and Digital Delivery
- Execute multichannel campaigns aligned with global buyer programs, regional priorities, and commercial growth objectives.
