Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
As the Dietitian, your role will vary. You will: develop and deliver a high-quality dietetic service within the prison healthcare setting, ensuring that individuals in custody receive equitable access to nutritional care comparable to that available in the wider community. utilise advanced clinical knowledge and expert dietetic skills to provide holistic, patient-centred care, supporting individuals with a wide range of nutritional needs and complex health conditions. manage your own caseload and deliver a comprehensive dietetic service, including specialist assessment, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and evaluation of nutritional interventions. work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, contributing to the prevention and management of long-term conditions, improving health outcomes, reducing health inequalities, and promoting healthier lifestyles within the prison population
develop and deliver a high-quality dietetic service within the prison healthcare setting, ensuring that individuals in custody receive equitable access to nutritional care comparable to that available in the wider community.
