Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications under the direction of the Dietary Supervisor

Follow all dietary procedures and sanitary regulations

Ensure meals are prepared safely, accurately, and on time

Support a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment

Cooking experience for a sizable group; long-term care or institutional experience preferred

Ability to adjust and quantify recipes to meet facility needs

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude
