Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic tools and manufacturer procedures
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on engine, transmission, suspension, braking, steering, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Read and interpret diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Carry out repairs and replacements of defective components as required
- Perform ECU programming, software updates, and calibration where applicable
- Conduct road tests before and after repairs to verify vehicle performance
- Assist workshop technicians in resolving complex technical issues
- Prepare accurate diagnostic reports and recommend repair requirements
- Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
- Maintain diagnostic equipment, tools, and workshop cleanliness
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Stay updated on new vehicle technologies, diagnostic techniques, and manufacturer service bulletins
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Automotive Technology or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience as an Automotive Diagnostic Technician
- Experience with multi brand vehicles is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Summary

- The role involves identifying root causes of issues, recommending repair solutions, and supporting technicians in resolving complex vehicle concerns while ensuring high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
