About the Role
Rama Care Polyclinic is seeking a DHA Licensed Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a multi-specialty healthcare center in Dubai. The role involves assisting physicians, administering treatments, educating patients, and ensuring compliance with DHA regulations.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and patient centered nursing care in accordance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols
- Assist physicians and specialists during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures
- Prepare patients for treatments and ensure proper pre and post procedure care
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient history, and treatment progress accurately in the EMR system
- Assist in dermatology, aesthetic, laser, PRP, skin booster, dental, physiotherapy, and general medical procedures
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, vaccinations, and other treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, aftercare instructions, and preventive healthcare practices
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and patient safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies, consumables, and medications, and report shortages
- Assist with insurance documentation, approvals, and clinical paperwork
- Maintain emergency equipment readiness and respond appropriately during medical emergencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter
- Current BLS Certification
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in UAE clinic or hospital
- Experience in Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine, Dental, Physiotherapy, or Outpatient Clinic settings
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Knowledge of UAE insurance and pre authorization procedures
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, or Tagalog

Mandatory Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a UAE clinic, medical center, or hospital
- Experience in Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine, Dental, Physiotherapy, or Outpatient Clinic settings is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of UAE insurance and pre authorization procedures is an advantage
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, or Tagalog are beneficial
