Position Overview

  • We are seeking a qualified and passionate Ayurveda Doctor to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients using Ayurvedic principles, developing personalized treatment plans, supervising Panchakarma therapies, and promoting holistic wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations and assessments.
  • Diagnose health conditions using Ayurvedic principles and clinical evaluation.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, including herbal medicines, dietary recommendations, lifestyle modifications, and wellness programs.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols.
  • Ensure high standards of patient safety, care quality, and ethical practice.
  • Assess patient suitability for Panchakarma therapies.
  • Design and supervise Panchakarma treatment protocols.
  • Coordinate with Panchakarma therapists and support staff to ensure effective treatment delivery.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and provide follow up care.
  • Educate patients on preventive healthcare, nutrition, lifestyle management, and Ayurvedic wellness principles.
  • Work closely with physiotherapists, dentists, aesthetic practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as an Ayurveda Practitioner.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic practice.
  • Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis, herbal medicine, Panchakarma therapies, nutrition, and lifestyle management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Arabic, or Urdu is an advantage.
  • Experience in UAE healthcare settings is preferred.
