Role Purpose
The role monitors and improves the global Invoice to Pay process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
The role directs I2P operations, aligns delivery with strategy, and drives process productivity and transformation.
Accountabilities
- Develop fact-based recommendations and best-in-class process solutions.
- Coach, direct, and lead I2P operations managers across global finance operations.
- Establish governance and mitigation strategies for operational risks.
- Monitor KPIs against global targets and internal and external benchmarks.
- Lead innovation, continuous improvement, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Support critical service issue resolution and escalate issues when needed.
- Support process, technology, and change management initiatives.
- Drive attrition management, talent retention, development, upskilling, and cross-training.
