Role Overview
The Data Scientist will join the People Analytics and Insights team.
The role uses advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling on workforce data to support strategic talent decisions.
The position partners with HR, Talent Management, and business leaders on employee experience, workforce planning, and DEI strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR datasets including engagement, attrition, performance, compensation, and hiring data.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models for attrition risk, career pathing, and workforce segmentation.
- Translate business problems into analytical questions and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Develop visualizations, dashboards, and storytelling tools using Tableau, Power BI, or Workday Discovery Boards.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to identify KPIs and define success metrics.
- Design surveys and experiments, including A/B testing, and apply causal inference models to evaluate HR programs.
