Role Overview
Application DevOps role supporting regulatory risk solutions across fixed income, currencies, commodities, and equities.
Owns stability, resiliency, capacity management, tooling, and regulatory compliance for a large-scale risk calculation platform.
The environment is primarily Quartz, with development largely in Python and some C++ for high-performance components.
Responsibilities
- Provide DevOps expertise and leadership for application infrastructure and large risk calculation environments.
- Support end-of-day and on-demand risk generation with strong operational control.
- Plan and execute application and infrastructure failovers.
- Collaborate with globally distributed technology, infrastructure, release, DevOps, and business-aligned risk teams.
- Improve monitoring, tooling, and automation to strengthen production stability.
- Serve as a regional technology point of contact as the capability expands globally.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Python or equivalent programming languages for automation and tooling.
- Experience in software development, testing, deployment, and production support using agile methodologies.
