Role Purpose
Work with application teams and developers to improve coordination across operations, development, and testing.
Automate and streamline integration and deployment processes throughout the application lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
- Align and focus on continuous integration and continuous deployment of application technology.
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure according to the requirements of supported software code.
- Onboard applications onto DevOps tools and configure them to client needs.
- Create user access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Build and engineer DevOps tools based on client customization requirements.
- Collaborate with development staff on coding and scripting that connects releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Use tools to automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment.
Support and Resolution
- Provide customer support and service for DevOps tools across multiple platforms.
- Resolve tool-related tickets within specified turnaround times and support customer satisfaction.
- Follow escalation processes for complex or unresolved issues.
