DevOps Engineer

We are actively looking for 4+ years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience in production environments.

Deep Linux expertise — process model, filesystems, networking stack, performance tuning, and security hardening.

Strong Docker skills — image authoring, layer optimisation, multi-stage builds, and runtime security.

Production Kubernetes experience — cluster lifecycle management, networking, storage, RBAC, and troubleshooting.

Practical experience with Envoy or an Envoy-based service mesh (Istio, Contour) in production.

Proficiency with at least one CI/CD platform (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Tekton).

Infrastructure-as-Code fluency with Terraform or equivalent.

Solid scripting skills in Bash and at least one higher-level language (Python, Go).

Experience with a major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP/2, BGP basics.

Nice to Have

Experience with eBPF-based tooling (Cilium, Hubble, Pixie) for networking and observability.

Familiarity with GitOps frameworks (ArgoCD, Flux) and progressive delivery (Flagger, Argo Rollouts).

Exposure to chaos engineering tools (Chaos Monkey, Litmus, Gremlin).

Knowledge of multi-cluster or multi-region Kubernetes federation strategies.

Contributions to open-source infrastructure or CNCF projects.

Background in platform engineering and internal developer portal (IDP) development.

Certifications: CKA, CKAD, CKS, AWS Solutions Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer.
