Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Development Officer

to support the growth of Rewaq Coffee Shop.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving business performance, managing development projects, implementing new strategies, supporting marketing plans, and helping with expansion planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase sales and customer traffic.
  • Improve café operations and ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
  • Monitor daily performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist in launching new branches, products, or services.
  • Work with suppliers and negotiate pricing and contracts when needed.
  • Develop and support marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
  • Train staff on customer service improvements and operational standards.
  • Ensure quality control and maintain Rewaq’s brand identity.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management

  • , or related field.
  • Minimum
  • 2–4 years of experience
  • in café/restaurant management, business development, or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of the coffee shop industry and customer service standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports and performance plans.
  • Experience in marketing and promotions is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in

English

  • (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Experience in launching new branches.
  • Knowledge of inventory and supplier management.
  • Understanding of Saudi market trends in food & beverage sector.
  • Social media marketing knowledge.
