- Record journal entries and manage the accounting cycle.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier accounts.
- Contribute to monthly and annual closing processes.
- Monitor cash flows and prepare periodic financial reports.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Collaborate with different departments to provide accurate financial information and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and local tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- High analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous accounting experience, especially in retail or F&B, is preferred
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
