About the role
EA SPORTS Technical Art is seeking a Development Manager to support Technical Artists and the delivery of tools, workflows, and content across EA SPORTS projects.
The Technical Art team is a central service team supporting multiple game development projects with different timelines, priorities, and delivery needs.
The role supports organization, project planning, progress tracking, risk identification, communication, and delivery across milestones.
Workplace and employment
- This is a temporary 12-month position.
- This is a hybrid role requiring in-studio work from the Burnaby office.
- Relocation support is not provided for this temporary position.
Team support and collaboration
- Support Technical Artists by tracking work, following up on open items, and maintaining clear team information.
- Clarify production priorities, track dependencies, and support conversations with internal and external partners.
- Facilitate collaboration, identify blockers, surface risks, and resolve open issues early.
- Support planning, onboarding, resourcing discussions, and development opportunities with technical art leadership.
