Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and development of sports competition and event venues, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, sports experts, and event managers to design and deliver world-class facilities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to guide project scope, design, and delivery.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful and timely completion of venues.
- Ensure all developments comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
- Engage with stakeholders, including sports federations, event organizers, and community representatives to maximize venue utilization and relevance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to communicate project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Incorporate innovative technologies and designs to enhance venue functionality and spectator experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and investors to support project funding and operations.
- Monitor global trends in sports and event venue development and integrate best practices into Qiddiya projects.
