Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or master's in Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field
- At least 12 years of experience in high end residential development, ideally with a focus on building communities
- Demonstrable success in managing significant projects from conception through to completion
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate market in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external consultants
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Demonstrable success in managing significant projects from conception through to completion.
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate market in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external consultants.
- Exceptional analytical skills to conduct feasibility studies and market research.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- A background in sustainable design practices is highly valued.
