Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or master's in Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field
- At least 12 years of experience in high end residential development
- Demonstrable success in managing significant projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate market in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external consultants
- Exceptional analytical skills for feasibility studies and market research
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
