Hands-on technical help: help users build apps, debug common issues, provide fixes/workarounds, and hop on calls to unbloc

Community programs: ambassadors, rewards/recognition, office hours, AMAs, hackathons

Feedback loop: triage/categorize/summarize themes and feed them into roadmap decisions; build lightweight fixes for recurring issues when needed

Hercules’ operating principles guide how we make decisions every day. We take them very seriously. Most of them are specifically choices that we as a company unique prioritize and so can be learned on the job. However, we do specifically filter for these principles our hiring process:
