Role Overview
Lead firmwide adoption of AI-powered development capabilities within Morgan Stanley's Application & Infrastructure organization.
Help engineers improve productivity, quality, and risk-aware use of AI coding tools across the software development experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead demos, workshops, office hours, and enablement sessions for developers.
- Identify practical AI use cases across software development, testing, refactoring, documentation, and code review.
- Create reusable examples, best practices, and responsible-use guidance for AI coding tools.
- Translate developer feedback and usage trends into recommendations for platform, tooling, and product teams.
- Partner with engineering leaders to remove adoption blockers and define success measures.
- Collaborate with platform, risk, training, tooling, and leadership stakeholders to grow AI adoption.
- Support rollout planning, usage analysis, and identification of emerging opportunities, risks, and success stories.
What You Bring
- At least 6 years of software development experience with pull requests, CI/CD, and developer tooling.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI coding tools.
- Ability to assess AI value while identifying needs for controls, oversight, and human judgment.
