Choco is looking for a skilled and passionate Crepe Specialist.
The role leads the crepe station in an open-kitchen environment and includes warm guest interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare consistent crepe batter, operate specialized griddles, and execute folding techniques.
- Assist with fresh salad stations and signature toppings.
- Handle customer orders at the counter and accommodate special dietary requests.
- Manage peak-hour rushes while maintaining food safety and station cleanliness.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional crepe-making experience in a fast-casual cafe or restaurant.
- Expertise in spreading, flipping, and filling crepes quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset for front-of-house interactions.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene standards.
- Municipality certifications are a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,400.00 to AED 4,146.32 per month.
