Role overview
Own the customer experience for one of Choco’s strategic enterprise accounts.
Combine day-to-day customer support with continuous improvement of customer-care processes and delivery.
Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and other internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support across chat, email, and WhatsApp.
- Deliver fast, empathetic, and effective resolutions while meeting response, resolution, SLA, and satisfaction standards.
- Diagnose issues independently and involve the appropriate internal teams when needed.
- Coordinate with Customer Success and Implementation on account priorities and recurring issues.
- Build detailed knowledge of account users, workflows, and operating context.
- Convert frontline customer insights into improvements to processes, documentation, product feedback, and working methods.
