Role overview
Permanent embedded role providing high-quality onsite technical support to Education sector customers in Keilor North.
The role supports Macs, PCs, tablet devices, server systems, network infrastructure, and voice platforms.
The position sits within the Field Services - Embedded Education team and coordinates with specialist server and network teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of customer operations.
- Build friendly relationships with end users and customers.
- Identify and improve inefficient processes with colleagues.
- Seek customer feedback and continuously improve service results.
- Create processes for problems or requests without existing procedures.
- Keep documentation and procedures up to date.
- Own day-to-day technology issues and deal with external third-party organisations.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve successful customer outcomes.
