include providing desktop, laptop, and peripheral support; deploying, configuring, and maintaining endpoint devices; managing software deployments, operating system imaging, and application updates; and ensuring a high level of customer service and user satisfaction.
Candidates should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused IT support environment.
Relevant IT qualifications and experience with endpoint management and desktop support technologies will be highly regarded.
This position provides support to all hospitals within SLHD and will require travelling across facilities.
