Role Overview
Provide on-site and remote IT support across an assigned school site or cluster of sites.
Maintain end-user devices, classroom technology, local server and network infrastructure, and site documentation.
Keep ITSM tickets accurate, well diagnosed, and appropriately escalated to central L2/L3 teams.
X-Small covers up to four sites on a published visit schedule; Small covers one or two near-resident sites; Medium covers a more complex cluster.

Role Purpose and Coverage
Provide on-site and remote IT support across an assigned school site or cluster of sites.
Maintain end-user devices, classroom technology, local server and network infrastructure, and site documentation.
Keep ITSM tickets accurate, well diagnosed, and appropriately escalated to central L2/L3 teams.
X-Small covers up to four sites on a published visit schedule; Small covers one or two near-resident sites; Medium covers a more complex cluster.
Shared Responsibilities
- Deliver first- and second-line support for devices, classroom technology, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform server room checks for environmental conditions, UPS status, backup jobs, and racked equipment.
- Carry out routine Windows Server administration, including service restarts, patch validation, event log review, and print or file service checks.
- Perform delegated Active Directory tasks, including account unlocks, password resets, group membership, and computer object management.
- Install, image, configure, and decommission devices and classroom technology, including joiner, mover, and leaver provisioning.
- Provide first-line network support for patch panels, switch ports, access points, Wi-Fi, and LAN issues.
- Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint end users.
