Job Overview

  • We are seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on laptop configuration, delivery, and post implementation support for applications such as Outlook and Teams. This position will also involve setting up meeting rooms from scratch and providing support for audio visual

Experience & Skills

  • 1 2 years of relevant experience
  • Relevant certification
  • Foundational knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg application
  • Experience with audio visual devices

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide deskside and remote support for incidents and service requests
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and operating system issues
  • Log, track, and update tickets in ITSM tools with accurate details
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and resolution timelines

Qualifications

  • Arabic speaker
  • Well mannered and well groomed
