Design and Analysis
- Create conceptual and detailed designs using 3D modeling of parts and assemblies.
- Optimize designs for manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
- Select components and materials, including motors, sensors, bearings, gearboxes, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
- Perform structural FEA, thermal, dynamics, and tolerance stack-up analyses.
- Create detailed drawings and apply GD&T.
