About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to design solutions for moderately complex enterprise business challenges
- Conduct research and gather insights to evaluate solutions and drive improvements for property partner facing products
- Own key research insights and collaborate with product stakeholders and design leaders to champion partner focused UX
- Work with product teams to drive continuous discovery and experimentation, shaping short term and long term product strategies
- Mentor and support other designers as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of full time experience as a UX/Interaction Designer for digital or web based products
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
- Proficient in creating wireframes, using UX design tools, and prototyping
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions for web based products or mobile applications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
- Experience with AI related products, enterprise products, or B2B domains is a strong plus

Experience Requirements & Role Expectations
- 5+ years of full time experience as a UX/Interaction Designer for digital or web based products; in house preferred.
