We have a rare opportunity for a Games Master Plan Manager to join our Brisbane Athlete Village team on a 12-month fixed term contract . In this role you will lead the planning, coordination and refinement of the Brisbane Athlete Village Games Master Plan, helping create a world-class village experience for athletes and officials during the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games . Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead ing the development and refinement of the Brisbane Athlete Village Games Master Plan.
Manag ing a multidisciplinary team of consultants across planning, design, transp o rt, logistics , operations and technical disciplines.
Coordinat ing stakeholder engagement with Brisbane 2032, government agencies and key project partners.
Managing design development, technical investigations, optioneering and interfaces across the precinct .
Ensur ing alignment between Games requirements, operational needs, infrastructure planning and long-term legacy objectives .
Lead ing governance, reporting, programme management and key project approvals.
Identify ing and manag ing project risks, opportunities, dependencies and planning assumptions.
Act ing as the key interface between consultants, stakeholders and project leadership teams.

You are a strategic and collaborative individual who thrive s in large-scale, complex projects and enjoy working at the centre of planning, design and stakeholder decision making. To this role you will also bring:
Significant experience leading complex planning, design, development or major event projects.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary consultant teams and coordinate multiple workstreams.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across government, industry and project partners.
Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management capabilities.
Experience in major sporting events, Olympic or Paralympic planning, large-scale precincts, infrastructure, venue development or master planning will be highly regarded.
