- Oversee the development of conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs for residential and/or commercial landscapes.
- Collaborate closely with sales, construction, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct site visits, gather measurements, and assess existing conditions for accurate planning.
- Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- Ensure all designs comply with regulations, environmental guidelines, and company standards.
- Manage project timelines and design budgets, ensuring on time and on budget delivery.
- Maintain quality control over design output, from graphic presentation to construction documentation.
- Collaborate with estimation, operations, and construction teams to ensure design intent is carried through into execution.
- Stay current with industry trends, exhibitions/award programs, materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and touchpoints.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in landscape architecture or related field
- 8+ years of professional design experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in landscaping design and concept development

Position Overview
- Our client is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead their landscape design team and deliver innovative residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Dubai and the UAE.
