Job Summary
Lead the design, analysis, and delivery of noise and vibration control solutions across a range of projects.
Combine acoustic modelling, technical reporting, team coordination, and client engagement to deliver compliant, high-quality, cost-effective acoustic designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure noise and vibration using computational modelling and noise surveys.
- Design, analyse, and control vibration and sound for various projects.
- Coordinate with team leaders, engineers, and architects on project effects and efficient building or equipment plans.
- Research or develop new acoustical techniques.
- Assist junior team members with acoustics, vibration, noise control, and human responses to acoustics and vibration.
- Prepare CAD and Revit drawings and perform acoustical calculations.
- Document and analyse sound and noise mitigation measures with other critical design factors.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Acoustical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Skillsets
- CAD modelling and 3D acoustics modelling skills are required.
