Role Purpose
Lead completion of a specific assigned section of a project as the section in charge.
Optimize people, materials, and machinery to support timely execution within quality and safety standards.
Facilitate subcontractors and ensure adherence to organizational project standards.
Project Planning and Performance
- Create activity schedules for the section team and estimate monthly manpower and equipment requirements.
- Allocate resources to identified activities and manage project staff under established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate qualified consultants, subcontractors, subordinate technical staff, materials, and labor to support execution.
Project Delivery
- Monitor section progress and identify deviations from the project schedule.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet required quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and organizational procedures.
- Review schedules with authorities and senior management, provide daily progress updates, and raise material requisitions.
