DANE LLC is seeking a results-driven Deputy Program Support Manager (DPSM) to support the Program Support Manager in leading day-to-day operations for the PHPSS contract.

The DPSM plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality performance, workload management, and compliance across all functional areas at Passport Headquarters.

• Support overall contract performance and serve as a primary point of contact with Department of State staff.
• Assist in daily workload assignment, staff scheduling, and operational oversight to accommodate fluctuating demands.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, Privacy Act, PII standards, and Standards of Conduct.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance management of contract personnel.
• Prepare and deliver timely reports, deliverables, and performance data.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational efficiency.
• Resolve operational problems quickly and respond to urgent support requests.
• Represent the contract in meetings, conference calls, and briefings as needed.
• Act as Acting PSM during short-term absences (up to two weeks).
