Position Overview

Candidate Profile
- Effective leader and people manager with strategic thinking skills.
- Deep knowledge of human rights issues, research methodologies, and international human rights advocacy.
- Experience implementing writing, research, and ethical standards according to human rights field best practices.
- Experience fostering staff engagement, effectiveness, diversity, equity, inclusion, resilience, and well-being.
- Experience participating in strategy design and implementation.
Managerial Responsibilities
- Manage divisional directors and support Program department staff working around the world, including in challenging environments.
