About the Role

- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in crane operations and lifting activities within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or EPC industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory/management role.
- Strong knowledge of mobile cranes, crawler cranes, heavy lifting equipment, and lifting regulations.
- Experience in fleet management, maintenance coordination, and resource planning.
- Familiarity with international lifting standards and HSE requirements.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- GCC/Middle East experience preferred.
