The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a full-time chef, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality dishes, leading the kitchen team, and ensuring that all food safety and production standards are met. If you have a strong background in restaurant or catering operations and are eager to contribute your expertise, we would love to have you on board.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Menu Preparation & Execution: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (meats, fish, pastas, side dishes, garnishes) according to recipes, ensuring quality, consistency, and proper portion control.
- Team Leadership & Training: Supervise kitchen staff, manage prep lists, and provide training to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standards.
- Food Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, ensure proper food handling, temperature control, and compliance with food safety regulations.
