Job Summary
Own the General Trade business, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability across assigned territories.
Develop sustainable growth through sales planning, channel management, distribution excellence, and stakeholder engagement.
Sales Strategy and Business Growth
- Develop and execute the General Trade sales strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Drive revenue, volume, market share, and profitability targets across regions and channels.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to guide decisions.
Channel and Distribution Management
- Strengthen and expand the distribution network to improve market coverage and reach.
- Manage distributor appointment, performance evaluation, distribution effectiveness, outlet coverage, and product availability.
- Establish systems and processes to improve execution standards within the General Trade channel.
Team Leadership and Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional and field sales teams.
