HR Business Partner

7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or equivalent role.

Strong background supporting operational, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or mixed blue-collar and white-collar workforces.

Demonstrated experience leading Enterprise Agreement negotiations and bargaining processes.

Proven experience working within unionised environments.

Strong employee relations capability, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Experience managing workers' compensation and return-to-work cases will be highly regarded.

Strong understanding of employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks, and workplace compliance requirements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and initiatives.
