Job Description
- We are hiring a Deputy Manager for our two Fashion boutiques in Dubai Airport.
- The Deputy Manager manages a team of managers across both boutiques in the dynamic environment of Dubai Duty Free, UAE and reports to the Boutique Director.
- CHANEL continuously evolves in its search for excellence.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Sales Managers: ensures proper understanding and deployment of the House's strategy; effective management ensures efficient collaboration and synergies; conveys trust and maximizes potential; coaches and mentors; cultivates psychological safety.
- Strategic partner to Boutique Director: acts as key decision maker on projects; handles key projects; represents Boutique Director in absence; builds relationships within retail community; ensures exemplary representation of the house.
- Driving the business and ensure the ultimate luxury experience: ensures excellency in client experience; monitors business indicators; works with Operations Manager and Sales Managers to create action plans.
