About the Role
DentalDate is seeking a precise and warm Dental Nurse/Assistant to provide chair-side assistance and four-handed dentistry in a premium clinic. The role requires a valid DHA license, 2+ years of UAE experience, and strong infection control skills.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, disinfect, and set up treatment rooms and equipment to clinic and PCI infection control standards
- Prepare dental materials — cements, composites, and impression materials
- Provide chair side assistance across operative, preventive, periodontal, endodontic, prosthetic, orthodontic, and oral surgical procedures using four handed dentistry
- Welcome patients, gather diagnostic information (chief complaint, vital signs), and obtain consent forms and signatures
- Take and process dental radiographs (X ray, OPG) within scope of professional authorization, and maintain radiation safety protocols
- Assist with scaling, polishing, suctioning, emergency management, and other procedures
- Sterilize, organize, date, and maintain all instruments and equipment per manufacturer and clinic guidelines
- Coordinate dental laboratory cases and maintain accurate dental and laboratory records
- Record patient health histories and maintain accurate dental records on the EMR
- Manage dental supplies and inventory, coordinating with other departments for efficient patient care
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all clinic policies and procedures
- Carry out ad hoc tasks and perform other duties as required or assigned by the Medical Director, Dentist, or Clinic Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience in Dubai/UAE
- Valid DHA license (Dental Assistant)
- Solid knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards
- Confident four handed dentistry and chair side skills
- Dental radiography experience (X ray, OPG)
- Fluent English
- Calm, attentive, and welcoming manner with patients
- Reliability, attention to detail, and team player attitude
