Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride, root planning, and in office whitening treatments.
- Conduct thorough assessment of patient's teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues, documenting abnormalities.
- Refer patients to appropriate dentists based on needs (GP, Orthodontist, Periodontist, etc.).
- Comply with safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Promote preventive dental care and participate in business development activities such as school/corporate events.
- Educate patients on good oral hygiene techniques.
- Carry out periocharting and sub gingival scaling for patients with periodontal disease.
- Record dental decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by dentists.
- Maintain dental equipment and x ray machine.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.

- Experience in dental hygiene services and procedures
- Knowledge of dental prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride, root planning, and whitening treatments
- Ability to assess oral health and document abnormalities
- Skills in patient education on oral hygiene
- Familiarity with safety procedures and infection control
