N DENTAL CLINIC is seeking a friendly and professional Tagalog-speaking Receptionist for its dental clinic in Dubai, UAE.
Workplace and employment
- The position is full-time.
- Work is performed in person in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients.
- Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Manage patient records and reception duties.
- Handle billing and basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff.
Requirements
- Fluency in Tagalog and English is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Previous reception or dental clinic experience is advantageous.
- Being currently based in the UAE is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
